Why on earth should this be "secret" anyway?
A PUBLIC SERVANT killed a member of the PUBLIC and we can't know who?

Why wouldn't you post it. He's a public official under scrutiny. I'm not sure why he's entitled to anonymity.

Same reason they are entitled to "paid administrative leave" in times of public scrutiny. Because government does what government wants.
