Am I the only one that really hates SI's new layout? Seems like it just jumbled everything up.

Yeah, I hate it. They're trying too hard to make it look like a smartphone home screen.

No, I don't have anything else meaningful to complain about in my life.

Couldn't agree more. Their new look is confusing and unappealing.

Nothing to do with their rankings, but who still reads sports illustrated?

Used to use SI to keep up with box scores and games because I preferred it to ESPN. Now it just looks like garbage.

If they want me to use their site less...they did a good job of it.

Notre Dame at 13? Can't take this seriously.

I attended ND for a year. You can bet in South Bend they consider a number 13 ranking to be an insult. ND could go 3-9 and their fan base will tune in to the BCS selection show to see where they’re playing. The most delusional fans in the country.

That means something like a 9-3 finish with two of the least experienced QB's in America's toughest football conference. I'd take that.

If it beats LSU in a taxing Week 1 showdown in Houston, Wisconsin might cruise until November matchups with the Cornhuskers (at home) and at Iowa. "We try to make a statement when we play anybody," senior noseguard Warren Herring says. "LSU is no different."

I'll be looking for a quote from Mr. Herring after the game.

bout right.

We've started and ended in the teens last two years, and I suspect this year will be the same.

When taken with the rest of the quote, there is literally nothing to take offense to. He's saying they're going to treat this like they treat every other big game.
