False. 2nd Amendment does not call out types of arms protected or not.

The National Firearms Act of 1968 lists which firearms are allowed by law and which are not allowed (for private citizens to own, or require additional papers to own).

I suggest that judge step down. She doesn't know the Law of the Land...aka the US Constitution AND the amendments associated with it.

Pretty plainly contrasts Heller case, but then again, Heller did NOT incorporate its precedents to the States...

That being said, still pretty BS ruling... She kinda has a lot of nerve
