Southdowns newest NIMBY complaint - no new bars

What bars are they referring to? Trying to think of where ELSE a bar could be placed, as it seems like most of the real estate along Perkins is already taken.

No clue but they are really starting to annoy me. Especially for a neighborhood that has some abysmal properties.

They're bitching about the possibility of rezoning the property at the corner of Valley St. & Perkins for the Time Out Lounge. I see no issue with it but a lot of people are up in arms about it

It's about stopping CAB2 zoning in the area. Time Out Lounge is the bar in question.

I live in the area, haven't heard jack about this and am totally in support of opening that bar. So ease off on lumping all SouthDowns residents into the "Old FuddyDuddy" category please.
