Cheap cereal vs name brand cereal

My wife says cheap cereal is comparable to name brand cereal. She said it may just be a difference in taste thing. I say name brand is much, much better. The cheap stuff doesnt have much flavor. Her parents put in a twenty thousand dollar pool but they wont buy real cereal or real toilet paper.

Depends on the cereal and the store.
Publix has crap cereal across the board.
Some Kroger cereal is comparable.
I mostly buy name brand.

Never tried the cheap stuff but I can't imagine it would be fun trying to keep it nice and tidy and fresh in those bags they sell them in. It would take about 5 minutes for someone in my house (including myself) to accidentally spill that shite everywhere.

I only really eat frosted flakes and the off brand I get at Market Basket is fine.

Real toilet paper I will spend money on. I don't spend money on name brand cereal because only my kids eat it. I eat bananas and nuts in the morning.

I find the store brands definitely have a different and less desirable taste than the brand names.
The Malt-o-meal brand though is pretty good and taste just like the name brand stuff. Plus I like that they have resealable bags.

I don't eat much cereal. I do like Raisin Bran Crunch, and some generics are better than others. Walmart's is pretty bad. Kroger's is pretty close to Kellogg's.

Cereal, TP, and peanut butter are three things I don't do generic. Paper towels as well.
