Is it a requirement to have a side mirror (passenger side) to obtain an inspection sticker in the state of LA.? This is for a passenger vehicle.
From this info, it appears that it is not a requirement, unless my view is obstructed (like a cargo van etc):

B. When the required view from the inside mirror is obstructed, an outside mirror on the right side of the vehicle shall be required.
C. All mirrors required by this section shall be maintained in good condition at all times.

NO.
Only left side is required.
(I've had two cars that came with only one mirror)

Only left side is required.
As long as it has a rear view mirror as well.
All vehicles are required 2 mirrors.
Driver side mirror and either rear view or passenger side.
