House falling down repair

My mom found this great house to rent when she moved to Ruston. They wouldn't sell. She's been here eight years
She just called the landlords to tell them the floor was sinking. I don't know how well you can tell from this pic. Apparently there's a beam? Because across the house in the dining room it's got a hole
Since she called them they sent someone to find out how much to demolish it. Then today someone to appraise it
Can this floor be fixed?

How much for the seat to that stationary bike?

I bet you could find some tools to fix it yourself quick and easy.
I think Ruston Market would be a good starting place.

I don't think it's for sale. She's riding the bike now
But I can check Ruston market for you

Yea it can be fixed but without more pics it's hard to tell if it just needs a new beam, joist, and decking or if it is causing major structural problems to the rest of the house.

Well there are cracks in various walls
Wow just took this one of the dining room. She had it covered with wood and a rug

It's a 250k home. This is also the middle class board for those who aren't complete liars

We need pics of the cracks, holes, bulges, etc. to make a thorough assessment of the situation.

You don't mind getting yourself into holes, right?
Go down there with a flashlight and get some pics from the bottom.

Yea I am not surprised. The whole house probably needs to be releveled.
Looks like the problem is more due to rot than settling though from that pic. Repair would be expensive and may not be worth it.
Any signs of termites?
