Looks like 6.9%. The end of Jockamo?

ETA: They replied to a question...Jockamo is here to stay

Interesting name. Terrible label.

Jockamo sucks. Let it die.

I have no idea how to feel about this.

Hopefully it means they drain pour every last bit of that fricking Jockamo they have sitting in tanks. I'd pay good money to be the one that gets to make that happen. I'd feel good then, regardless of the beer's quality. I halfway expect this to be them just slapping a new label on Jockamo.

I never really see many wrought iron fences in Abita Springs.

Look forward to this IPA from the flagship LA brewery. Hopefully they will can it too.

Their spring and grapefruit IPAs were decent.

Didn't try Spring. Did try Grapefruit. Surprised me -- better than I expected.

I liked Grapefruit a lot actually. Gives me a glimmer of hope for this one.

I absolutely loved the Grapefruit. Was that just a one time thing or will it come around every winter? It was the first sixpack I bought legally :'(

Don't get me wrong it wasnt maven stamped approved but I actually bought the stuff. I would never buy Jackamo.

I just edited OP to include that they answered someone on twitter confirming this will be an addition to, not a replacement of, Jockamo.

I agree also. I liked the grapefruit ipa better than the spring ipa.

It's in addition to Jockamo.

Why? Why? Why? Is it that hard for them to admit that Jockamo is unfit for human consumption.

They need two things: a flagship stout (not exclusive to draft) and a good, yearlong IPA. I thought grapefruit was the savior but I can't find it for shite, at least in Baton Rouge.

I was in Nola the other day and a worker from Old New Orleans Rum was in there talking about how much he loves Jockamo. That's just the most recent person I've heard praise it. I've heard other too.
