My wife and baby have been out of the country spending time with my in-laws for the last few weeks and Ive been bored out my arse. Anyway Ive spent a lot of time reading. Just wondering what the opinions are on these books and how useful the topics and information covered were to anyone who has read them.

The Intelligent Investor- Benjamin Graham

Rich Dad Poor Dad- Robert Kiyosaki

A Random Walk Down Wall Street- Burton Malkiel

The Little Book on Common Sense Investing- John Bogle

Any thoughts as to how useful or non-useful these books were to any of the money talk gurus.

Again thanks to everyone on here for all the thoughts . I know I bombard you guys with a bunch of questions but I value most of your opinions and appreciate the time you take to help me out.

Thanks

Another one to check out is Tap Dancing to Work. A collection of a Fortune excerpts on/by Buffett. A very fun read with a lot of background from one of the most frequent authors, a close personal friend.

Rich Dad Poor Dad was actually pretty motivating. I dont look to books for motivation but there are some wealth building ways described in the book that were always common sense, but now seem possible.
