Housekeeper recommendations

My previous housekeeper started a new career and is no longer cleaning houses. I found another, but she didn't speak English and didn't notify me that she let my dog out the side door. I provided her with an opportunity to find another house to clean.
I'm looking for a housekeeper that speaks English, doesn't steal and actually cleans.
Any solid recommendations in the Baton Rouge / Prairieville area? I'm very leery of craigslist and backpages ads.

Yes, however my wife works full time and I travel 3 weeks out of the month. We have two small children, two dogs and extra curricular activities that keeps our lifestyle very busy.
If I can take one less thing off my wife's plate, I figure it's good for three additional smushes each month.
