Leaving for TN in four hours. Want to get some Benton's. They open on Saturday

Google Maps says going through Madisonville will actually save five minutes on the trip, so I won't lose anytime checking it out. Plan to get a few pounds and cook somethings with them.

parents in town visiting from knoxville and brought several lbs of bacon and prosciutto.

I got two packs of proscotto, six packs of bacon, a pound of ham, some cheese and some pickles.
If we really like it we will stop back on the way back. The route I took really isn't out of the way since we are staying in Townsend.

Yea Townsend isn't far at all. Well, enjoy it. Very smokey so be prepared for the smell to linger. Good thing it smells awesome
