For me..it has to be this one. I'm skipping disco & hard rock.

The nostalgia of 1970s football games, hanging out on the levy, getting marathon candy bars at the superette and bell bottoms comes screaming back to me when I hear this

LINK

Runner ups include ELO, Doobie Brothers, Bread, Toto, Robert Palmer, 10cc and Player.

Oh I miss the 1970s

I was prepared to bash your song, but I love Baker Street

A song that can conjure up many nostalgic feelings of when I was a kid

also I seemed to hear this song a lot when I had my musical awakening

LRB "Reminiscing" puts me as a young buck right back in the late '70s.

to add to that-Paul McCartney's Band on the run album-

He pretty much gobbled up the airwaves all through the 70's

or summer breeze-by seals and croft

good lord. anyone who went to Jack Hayes in Monroe in the 1970s knows Mr. McKinney made every learn this and its probably the most played band song of the 70s.

Steely Dan as a whole, pretty much.

I remember when Aja came out, I ran people over trying to get to Leisure Landing to buy that record. Still one of my favorites of all time.

You just can't skip a genre because you don't like it.

The back half of the 70s lives here.

Leisure Landing

Hell, I lived at that place my freshman year. Was like a kid in a candy store. Oh, the memories.

Those remind me of the '80s.

I'd have to go with Jim Croce, Carly Simon, England Dan and John Ford Coley, Thin Lizzy, and David Bowie/Ziggy Stardust.
