Have to put down the first dog I ever owned.

My Rottweiler, Heidi, can't walk anymore and an X-Ray shows she has an aggressive cancer that broke her leg.
She has been with me since my freshman year at LSU and I'm in shock right now.
Tomorrow's my birthday and this is the last thing I wanted.

I can't be there when it happens; I'm having a hard time preparing myself just to see her. My mom offered to be there with her when they put her down.
