It's this and they are very good at it. Plus a complicit media that is more than willing to spread their views.

It's why I gave up even attempting political correctness. I finally learned there are very few that actually get offended.

People are only the vehicle which delivers the PC meme. PC is not people...PC is an IDEA. The threat/possibility of public shame, for daring to believe an immoral principle.

Political Correctness is about the changing morality. A handful of people, can change the whole dynamic. In fact...Jesus changed the whole moral dynamic. Numbers mean nothing.

Who are these people?
They are people who are scared of the reaction; they are making a calculted business decision. The problem is that they assume wrongly that people get offended easily. With the exception of buzzcut dykes and arrogant college kids, most Americans can't stand PC.

In fact, PC does not exist inside the average middle class home. It exists only outside, where people are terrified of the loud, obnoxious asstwits who get offended about everything. They represent a very small, powerless minority, but they shriek so loud, that people assume these cretins are actually the majority.

I am not a fan of government snooping, but I would LOVE to hear what people are saying about the black community and the gay agenda when they are inside their homes, away from the shrieking, buzzcut-women moonbats.

I heard him ask that those questions, and it's a valid set a questions. Unfortunately no one knows the answer.
Mine would be the media. They pick and choose the winners and losers. Some are allowed to say whatever they like. While others are ridiculed.

I also heard him refer to President Obama as "B-Hussein-O".

Rush is asking questions he already knows the answers to. PC is a liberal progressive tool used to further their agenda and the largely liberally controlled MSM is glad to help. Yes, they are a minority of population but when you control most of the media, your views are expanded far beyond your numbers.

I can give you a couple of first hand examples if you'd like.

Not too long ago i was trying to have a discussion with a farmer who does business with us about how it's crazy how unemployment here is so high yet it's hard to find anyone worth a crap to work. His reply was "well if we could go back to killing at least one lazy n##$#r a week then it'd straighten em all out".

Then I remember when the local academy recruited a black kid to play football (the first black kid to play there) an alumni donor ranted and raved about it saying "you can take a 55 gallon drum of vanilla ice cream and the first scoop of shite you put in it ruins the whole thing".

I had a young white guy about 22 years old quit working on the farm because we had him working with a black guy and his reason for leaving was he can't stand being around a black guy all day.

My father thinks we should pick one day to allow all gays to get married, in one certain city, then bomb that city till nothings left.

Shall I continue or have you decided you'd rather not know what people say?

Cause I hear shite like this all the time

It's almost sort of a chicken and egg thing. Everyone knows the media and hollywood are manipulating public opinion amongst the low information crowd but everyone keeps letting them do it so they continue.

If high info voters would stop accepting the media/hollywood narrative then the low info voters would see it for what it is, maybe.

Rush is like a good prosecuting attorney.

He always knows the answer to every question he asks before he asks it.

What did SAS say?

ETA: Just found it.

I think this sums up how I feel about what he said.

The people who decry PC are the same ones who are offended by political incorrectness. That chick who says PC is BS is the same one who will cry if you talk about men being superior in almost everything they do. Or the Mexican who rolls his eyes at the term and then gets annoyed at "illegal alien."

People lie. To others and to themselves. It's not everyone who hates PC, but the people who are PC convince themselves and others that they hate it.

In this case, the first to wave the bloody flag was ESPN's Michelle Beadle, who shot off four "tweets" excoriating Smith. Social Media has made PC a billion times worse, 25 years ago the woman would have had to at least write some opinion piece and it may have been picked up by the media. Plus in Beadle's mind she benefits. She was hired for her looks and the name of her game is to be sensational.

As in most cases, a few very vocal drama queens ruin things for everyone.

1. Bill Maher's show title "Politically Incorrect" is the exact opposite of him. He is very PC.

2. The term PC was originated by Danesh D'Souza. If someone can pre date it I'd love to see it.
(BTW....Woooo...was originated by Rick Flair if you don't count Indians attacking the stage coach).

3. Zach is extremely anti PC. I have offended thousands of people in my life. It was great fun. Ethnic humor is the best. Here is my favorite White Man Joke:

Q: How many White Men does it take to change a light bulb?
A: Two. One to call the electrician and one to mix the martinis.

I love the Coast, but that makes me realize there are some benefits I've been taking for granted.
