It's almost impossible to hear the tv in my living room while sitting in front of it. I was thinking a sound bar would help take care of this. What's a good one for a decent price? I've seen them as cheap as $50 all the way well over several hundred dollars.

After numerous recommendations, I actually ended up getting this one.

I do not regret it all, but I know my neighbors beneath me can't stand it. Easy installation and great sound for such a good price!

If you owned a pair of Bowers and Wilkins 803 Matrix (series 1) speakers (200wpc, bi-amp capable), how would you power them?

And then two sub-question, if you were trying to do it for sub-$200, why wouldn't you use the APA150 by Dayton Audio (with jumpers)?
