I saw this a few weeks ago.
Billy Bob may be a badass on screen but he was an uber douche here.
I feel bad for his band mates having to put up with that shite.
fricking making them play acoustic solo b/c you're pissed the DJ very briefly mentioned you are an actor/director?
DJ handled the douchery well IMO.

I was on a plane directly across the aisle from Billy Bob and his bodyguard. He was high as a kite and grabbing at every woman that went by as well as acting an arse. The battle ax senior flight attendant finally told him and the bodyguard that if BB got out of his seat again or touched another person that the police would be waiting when we landed. Guy is a dickbag.

there is an easy way to handle that situation. The DJ should have turned his chair away from BBT and just interviewed the band. As BBT sat there and steamed, then the DJ should have asked the band about working with BBT's shitty attitude.

When has he been a badass on screen? Serious question.
I've only seen a few minutes of Slingblade and I wasn't interested and don't think of him as being a badass or being a badass actor based on that. And many of his other roles-- Armageddon comes to mind-- his role is at best a semi-important supporting role. Nothing against him, he just seems like a run of the mill supporting actor / character actor... not trying to corner you either, btw, just honestly curious if he's ever done anything noteworthy.

I agree with Billy Bob, to an extent. Sounds like he didn't want his acting background mentioned and the guy mentioned it. He probably doesn't want his cinematic background overshadowing his bandmates.
