I have to say I'm not surprised. went there the other day for lunch to pick up. Took them 15 minutes to make a banh mi. No chips came with it. Looked like they were gearing up for full dining service.
I guess it had potential, but it was not quite reaching it IMO.

So not closed for good. He probably went to Italy.
I doubt with all the interior changes and a new updated menu that just rolled out 2 weeks ago that they would close the restaurant.

It's not closing down. The place is thriving. It's going to be a full fledged restaurant.

Well the death in the family I assume has kept the owner off Facebook for the most part.
He posted that he needed a dogsitter so he could deal with the arrangements.
