Would it instantly be the best Mexican restaurant in the area ? Let's be honest it would almost certainly open on Vets.

that is true. houston has the world's best mexican food. l.a. probably 2nd. chicago 3rd. new orleans is probably 872nd.

El Tiempo uptown would change the world.

Pappasito's in Houston was considered by me to be like if they had a Pappadeaux in New Orleans.
By that i mean, Pappadeaux did a decent business in Houston, because most of the "cajun" places were utter crap, and Pappadeaux was "ok". Pappasito's is "ok" but there were dozens and dozens of places that had better mexican food in Houston.
That having been said, if Pappasito's opened in Metairie, I'd be there on opening day. I'd also love to see a Pappas BBQ in NOLA.

If a Pappacito's or El Tiempo ever opened up in Louisiana, it would print money.
Hell Torchy's or even a lowly Taco Cabana would have a line out the fricking door.

I eat at Pappasitas more than I want bc it's only 1 or 4 spots to eat at the Hobby airport. But I've enjoyed their food and Ritas even at the airport and overpriced.

Please name them. Not that I disagree, I just want to visit these 20+ places better than Pappasito's...I can only name 4 better that I like since I've move here a year ago.

I've been to all the Pappas places at multiple locations. Sito's is by far the best and Deaux is the 2nd IMO. The others are very meh.
