What the heck ever happened to Cindy Mancini (Amanda Peterson)

I was curious what the heck she is doing these days after watching "Can't Buy Me Love" on Netflix….did a google search on her….seems she has fallen off the face of the earth. What the hell happened to Cindy Mancini?
A big fricking mystery I figured the OT crew would know.
