He figured out that Wayne enterprises is batmans tech team. Lucius fox tells him he's delusional and he just goes away. Why didn't he make a little more noise?

He was the one that was going to reveal his identity so the Joker would stop killing people.

Because Lucius pointed out how powerful and batshit crazy Bruce would have to be if what Reese said was true. Lucius pointed out the fact that Bruce has money, power, and beats people to a pulp for fun and ended it with "and your plan is to blackmail this person?"

Lucius basically threatened him into shutting the frick up.

EDIT: Initally, that is. As others have pointed out, when the Joker threatened Reese's life for real when Reese was about to expose Bruce on TV (remember, the Joker didn't want Batman's identity known either because that's no fun), Batman came back to save Reese's bacon, making sure he continued to shut the frick up in perpetuity.

its kind of a loose thread but I guess you just have to assume since everyone thought Batman killed Harvey Dent that he kept quiet out of fear

Question about when Wayne saved Reese with his car. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Gordon not figure out who Batman was until the end of Rises? So, in this car crash seen in DK, Gordon seems to knowingly question why Wayne would just drive his car into the car with Reese in it. It almost seemed like they wrote the scene completely forgetting that Gordon didn't know yet. Is my assumption that Gordon was being sarcastic just off?

Yea Gordon not finding out until the end of Rises threw me off as well. Because if that's true then addition to the scene you mentioned, the whole scene that captured the Joker didn't really make sense either. Or at least I remember thinking that at the time

Iirc, The joker threatened to blow up the hospital if someone didn't turn in or kill Reese. The cop riding in the car had a relative in the hospital, and pulled out his gun as he contemplated shooting. Wayne was following the convoy and could tell something was going wrong in the SUV, so he smashed into it to stop the cop from shooting him

any chance Gordon knew that Batman was associated with Wayne enterprises giving the fact that hes uses high tech gear and weapons just doesnt know its Wayne himself?

As people have said, when Reese was about to expose Bruce Wayne as the Batman, the Joker called in and threatened to blow up a hospital if someone didn't take Reese out within the next hour. Wayne was able to arrive on the scene and save Reese's life by putting his sports car in front of the oncoming truck.

Reese saw who saved him, gave a subtle nod of thanks to Bruce, and then got put into a different vehicle, never to be see again.

Due to Bruce Wayne saving his life, Reese probably decided to keep his true identity a secret out of gratitude. Also, after Harvey Dent's murder, one could speculate that Reese knew Wayne's true character due to him having saved his life, and chose to remain quiet.
