Here is an answer from Suddenlink today:

Our goal is to provide the network, in that time frame, to customers who want it. For Suddenlink, the SEC Network is part of a larger negotiation that involves ESPN and a number of channels owned by The Walt Disney Company. It’s a complex, long-term agreement, and that’s why this has taken so long. Regardless, we’re working hard to wrap things up. We appreciate your patience and will provide more information as soon as we can.
