Geaux Bobby!!

Gains were recorded in every job sector except government, where a decrease of 6,800 occurred over the one-year period. Government employees totaled 335,100 last month, but topped out at 341,900 in June 2013.

Louisiana’s unemployment rate also was the lowest of the five Gulf states last month.

Only the most naive voters in Louisiana attribute our economic recovery since the recession to a politician let alone a governor.

You boys have anything else? Maybe you should call over to the mansion and get you some more hollow positions to advance.

I love it when my foes on issues can only post naivete in response to reality.

I love it that you're narcissistic enough to believe that you actually have "foes".

Heard an announcement today that China is building a 2Billion $ Methanol Plant in St. James. I don't know whether that's good or bad; all depends I reckon. Plenty work for sure.

As someone who sits in early meetings with companies looking for a place to plop their arse and put their jobs, I can assure you the governor has made it an extreme priority to attract and get these businesses. Many more to come as well. Good paying jobs.

You may not like Bobby, but Bobby likes industry.

I can say that the oil & gas boom has been very good for Louisiana.

I know I have seen lots of sales from those in the O&G industry in my area(NELA).

And yes, Jindal has been VERY good for Louisiana, not perfect. I would have liked to seen him get the LA Constitution amended were all LA government spending was subject to budget cuts.

I think he would make a great US President. I doubt he will ever get there, I think he will be a good cabinet post, maybe even a VEEP.

He has been the best governor in my lifetime. I would rank Mike Foster second and rest... Blanko, Romer, Edwards...

If Jindal could get the state constitution fixed he would be the best gov in state history. However, I think that is a fight for the next gov.
