Just one of those nights. I have to get up in three hours . I laid down at 10 but no luck. Just turned the TV back on, I give up....gonna be a long day

turn off your tv and whatever electronic its proven that any type of electronic that emits a light source (tv, tablet, phone, etc.) keeps you up.

Every damn night. I just lay there and think about every damn stupid thing until I fall asleep for a few hours then up for work yawning all day thinking I am gonna be tired that night. Nope. 10 oclock and I am wide awake posting on TD.
