Saw link with this name in the Blue Lagoon thread and went "Awwww" when it brought me to that movie's IMDB trivia page.
Body Double was a great 80s movie. Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Melanie Griffith's epic list that taught me a few terms and concepts, not to mention her
"routine", house that looks like the Jupiter 2 hovering in space, memorable crazy violence, and Sipowicz to boot.

Great movie. Speaking of body doubles, the lead actor in the movie looked like Bill Maher's body double.

Great murder scene with the drill through the body, through the floor on the 2nd floor, and the Bill Maheresque guy(whatever happened to that dude?)on the 1st floor watching it come through with the blood and all.
Great stuff. It was on HBO constantly back in my youth.

Yeah it's eerie how much they look alike.
Wouldn't say it's Brian De Palma's best movie but damn if it's not his most fun movie.

Pretty close to what I came to type. I'm a big De Palma fan and this is not his best (probably Blow Out, though I also have a soft spot for Carrie), it is my favorite. I know a lot of people who hate this movie. I've always really loved it. The Franke Goes to Hollywood music video on the middle of it is just one of the many insane things I love about this movie.
Also, Craig Wasson really didn't do much. Its this, Freddy 3, and he called it a day I guess.
