There are no pics, just tweets and various other hints from around the web. But today Henry Cavill's Superman, Ben Affleck's Batman, and Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman were photographed together while in costume. Rumor has it the photo will surface at Comic Con at the end of the month.

Whether you're a fan of DC or not, or whether you're skeptical about the movie or not (I am very skeptical), you have to stop and appreciate the moment. This is the first time that these particular superheroes, from a mainstream Hollywood film no less, were photographed together at the exact same time.

The real question. ..

Is this the first actual attempt to get them all together for a photo

That's a bit of a stretch.

No. It really isn't. Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman are the most recognizable comic book superheroes in the world. To have them come together for the first time in a live action Hollywood film is indeed history.

Has it ever been done before? If not, it's history.

Wonder Woman is far from the Top 5. Faaarrrr. Back in the 70's, maybe. But even then Bixby was more popular. I'll give you Superman and Batman.

Trying so hard.

Ok sure, but in that case almost everything is history.

This conversation is history, since you and I have never had it before.

Your hate for DC is so apparent. You haven't even seen a trailer for the movie yet.

Far meaning like Top 30. But go back to that statement:

quote:

It just isn't true. First, Spider-Man has something to say about that in general. He's easily right behind Batman and Superman.

Second, the most popular super-hero in terms of film, right now, is Iron Man, and it isn't really that close. And there's a BIG gap from Batman and Iron Man to Superman.

This statement isn't that definitive. Are they the 3 most popular DC heroes? Sure.

And you're inability to comprehend a funny critique of complete and utter hyperbole as anything but hate is also apparent. You should go read the confession thread.

And you have?

DC Comics hater.

Sorry that marvel's characters are basically college football to DC Comics characters being the NFL.

No I haven't. You are failing this movie before you even see it just because you hated Man of Steel.
