A day of 3 sandwiches

I am gonna have sandwiches for all my meals today.
Started w/ a Subway breakfast flatbread.
Gonna get a sammich and duck fries for lunch and a parkway shrimp poboy for dinner. That's right, I said a poboy for dinner!

I had a roasted tomato caprese on grilled ciabatta last night from the Gris Gris Kitchen. It was delightful. I also like breakfast for supper.

I had an egg, bacon and cheese pressed sandwich from Krewe du Brew this morning that was pretty on point, if not a tad high @ $5 bones.

I've seen coworkers eating those Subway breakfast sandwiches. Look pretty awful to me. That bread.

I had a doctors appointment, he said I was doing great and I might live for another week or so, if I watched my diet.
