Received a weird package in the mail yesterday

Fedex package left at my house yesterday. Sent from a random guy in Houston. It had my name as the recipient on the box. It was a medium fedex box with a small fedex box inside of it. Inside the small box was a single pack of orbitz gum. Wtf?
