Nah that is USPS because they need a warrant to open your package. If you get these 3 things you can ship anything thru USPS and it wont smell and wont show any details in an xray:

I used to send this dickwad friend of ours every free piece of literature that got advertised on tv.
He never knew who did it, dude lived next door and always bitched about junk mail addressed to him.
Plus we'd order pizza from every place in town and have it sent there at same time.
We fricked with that dude all time.
