You can see a picture of it on the Drudge Report. It's no wonder the thing derailed

Mexico is letting this happen.

A real president would tell Mexico to knock it off.

Jeh Clown Johnson said 90,000 could cross by end of September. Of course the media keeps reporting them as unaccompanied child migrants isntead of what they really are.

Mexico isn't just "letting it happen." They're assisting - financially, logistically and legally.

This is a literal representation of what our safety net will look like when these Mestizos arrive. They remind me of Tolkien's orcs.

I had several people insist that this wasn't how they were getting to the border.

Haven't had a real president ever...I guess.

Anyone else mentioned yet that Mexico has come to an agreement with Belize and Guatemala?

Mexico is issuing temporary visas to nationals from those countries for use as long as they leave and go to the US. While not "officially" covered, it seems that a lot of people from Honduras and Costa Rica are getting the same treatment.

Since Mexico is obviously complicit in this, I think it's time to start cutting any and all aid to Mexico as well as starting proceedings to evict any non-permanent Mexican resident from the US.

Doesn't even make sense. Par.

They're agents of the government of Mexico to facilitate amnesty. Not that they aren't also unaccompanied minors.

Great idea except for that little fact that they will be back within a month due to the open border we have. Nothing will change until the border is secure. Sending the kids back is effectively pissing into the wind without a secure border.

Are they illegals if they never got out of Mexico?

What is your basis for this outlandish assertion?

Next plan... Ban money transfers from the US to Mexico, such as Western Union, etc.

This sounds stupid until you realize that a ton of Mexicans working in the US wire lots of money home to their families.

Anything to disrupt Mexico's cash flow is a good plan right now IMHO since they're actively fricking us over.

They are receiving financial assistance. I'll bet this money has an interesting origin.

BTW...great link.

The agreement between Guatemala's President and Mexico's President to provide 72-hour visas for chapines to travel from Guatemala to the US.

Why would we do that? The politicians now are creating another class of welfare for us tax payers to support. We can't cut off their ability to send tax free money made here in the good ole USA back to the rest of their family back home. Hat would be inhumane and they would get upset at these actions resulting in loss votes for the Demadont's.
