Serious question about nudists.

I happened upon a nudist video while getting my nubian princess fights fix on Youtube.
This girl was giving a tour of their planned nudist resort and mentioned that they would have a nice restaurant. This got me thinking about nudist dining etiquette.
Do nudists place napkins on their laps when they eat? What exactly are they trying to save dry cleaning bills on?
