Violation of Bro Code?

I have a friend, Kalunda, that got into a situation last night and asked me what he should do.
Kalunda and I went to college together. We have a good mutual friend/fraternity brother that we've known since 2001. Our friend has a little brother that we've probably met on 5-10 occasions, including our friend's wedding. Our friend's brother had the same girlfriend for probably most of that time period. They eventually broke up 4 years ago or so. Brother is now engaged to another girl.
Well last night our friend's brother's exgirlfriend texted my friend (don't ask how she got his number b/c I don't know) and said she was in town and asked him to go out. He didn't have anything else going on so he met her out. He texted me a lil while later and told me she was flirty and handsy and he was pretty sure she was DTF. He asked what he should do. I said it wasn't a violation of bro code b/c the brother wasn't our friend and to go for it. I haven't heard back from him since last night to know what happened.
What says the OT?
Oh yeah, she's an OT 6 IRL 7.5 from what I remember and no, I don't have pics. Sorry.

Totally cool to bang her. The brother is engaged. Plus he wasn't really your close friend. I think both of those are important; he's moved on and he isn't a close friend.

Bro. Code says you shan't doink anyone who might or might not be the current, past or sometimes girlfriend of some acquaintance you used to have or such acquaintances immediate family members. So basically, you can't screw anyone if anyone you know might know them or want to know them.

I wouldn't worry about it. Every girl that dated someone that you have met can't be off limits. I think of it as being more of a close friend kind of thing.
