Dungeons and Dragons old school pencil and paper start

My nephew and some of his friends want to try this out and I agreed to be DM, but have never done it before. ANYONE on here have/willing to admit to having experience in being a DM. I need some tips. I expect this to fall off the 1st page with no replies or much mocking.

Yeah, like I said it's been a long time since I have played. I have a lot of reading up to do if the players turn out to be serious, they are all college students so it would most likely be once a month.

All of my friends who i meet up with to play are loving roll20. I just take the maps,portraits and images from the adventure book and edit them a bit then just drag and drop on to roll20. There are a bunch of tokens you can search throught to use also. Theres a dice roller, macros, built in voice chat. Its free and legit. Playing the pathfinder AP "Second darkness". Its a story similar to majoras mask, with a planet doomed by an incoming meteor.

Did not know about roll20, I will check it out. I think they want to try it in person first, but this would be easier since we aren't all in the same city.
