Rotten mean smell - How do you guys get rid of this?

Went on vacation for 20 days. While gone, bad storm knocked out my power and the surge protector flipped.
Three freezers of deer, pig and cow ruined.
The garage smells awful. Who knows how long it rotted, it could have happened the day I left?
I scrubbed everything with bleach and there is still a smell of rotting flesh. How the frick do I get this out of my garage?
I figured with all the hurricane situations yall deal with you could offer some advice.

layer bottom with newspaper
place charcoal on the newspaper
Later crumple up some newspaper with some vanilla or lemon extract and you'll get a fresh scent going for a bit.
Open and place in the sun with odo ban too. Had to do this once.

Go rent an ozone machine, that's what the hotels use when they have a room that smells funky. Sit it in there and let it run for a few days.

Lost a freezer to Rita, tried and tried to get that smell out. It gets in the insulation, gave up after 2 weeks of trying everything and bought a new one. Put the old one out by the road, it was gone within the day.

cotton batting soaked in bleach solution left overnight on the stain should work
