Video of El Paso Police Shooting a Handcuffed Man released on Vice

Title of article is misleading to me. I don't see an execution here. More like a struggle and then the perp getting loose from cuffs and reaching for their side arms. Which from what I understand is grounds for a cop to shoot you.

Clearly looked like an accidental discharge. I have little sympathy for the dead bad guy. That cop should not be allowed to carry a weapon, but I have no issue with a criminal that gets himself shot by fighting with police.

Looks like the cop initially reached for his taser and probably grabbed his handgun on accident. Accidents happen. Pay the guy and get on with life.

Let's see the pigs/pig lovers come defend this. I always want to doubt they'll defend it, but they always find a way to somehow shrug it off on this forum.
