What area of Winn Parish. Winn Parish has some rural areas that are pretty tight lipped. Sikes, Jordan Hill, Goldonna, etc......... If one of these spots, you can hang that shite up.

Are they going around the same time each time, or on the same days? Of you have a buddy in the sheriffs dept or ladwf you can set them up.
