This older lady I work with is a typical FOX News Republican

She is in her 60s and streams FOX News on her computer all day and does nothing but rail about Obama and the democrats
She was rambling about the immigrant surge at the border a few minutes ago and how Obama and the democrats are letting this happen and how Obama is a dictator and all that and I said "Neither party cares about securing the border and both parties want amnesty" and she started to go on about how that wasn't true and how Republicans are doing everything they can to secure the border and stop illegal immigration.
This is how establishment Republicans continue to get elected and stay in power because too many people think that because a candidate has an R next to their name they are automatically good and stand for everything conservative

Yep, big business profits while the citizens suffer because they have to comply with minimum wage laws, putting them at a huge economic disadvantage.

Anyone who thinks that simply because of party affiliation that candidate or politician is "good or bad" is grossly misinformed. Its shameful really how few people do their research. Most simply agree with what the tv says. Whichever network they watch basically controls their vote.

I used to think like this, but have come to realize that establishment Republicans and Democrats are two sides to the same turd. I left the Republican Party over a year ago. Nothing, I mean absolutely NOTHING will change if the Republicans regain control of both houses this year.
