teams have 11 players for 90mins
then Golden Goal with reduced players
1 player removed(based on submitted roster order) every 10 mins after
11 players 0-90 mins
10 for 90-100 mins
9 for 100-110 mins
8 for 110-120 mins
7 for 120-130 mins
etc
exciting and fair

Fair.. hmm... already exhausted players having to cover more ground, thus becoming even more tired with worse play as the time goes on.

How about instead of shoot outs to decide the game they alternated corner kicks or set pieces. Our played horse.

no, removing players accelerates the opportunity for goals, thereby ending the match in a similar flow.
