Like 2 per 45. Or is it a tradition to not allow them?

I think it would be great strategy to call one and set up proper alignment for a corner kick or a penalty kick.

Why do they need a time out for this when they have 30 seconds to set up for them as is?

Quit being so mad. Yall are still winning.

It's a legit question. I think it would help but I guess it's tradition.. Also, shut up grass fairy.

No it would be a massive waste of time for a corner kick. Positioning on set pieces is why they train during the week.

There are enough natural stoppages for a manager to convey instructions if need be.

I didn't think you were trolling until you said "grass fairy". Grow up.

It honestly wouldn't unless one manager made such a massive error in tactics. In those situations it would benefit a team to get reorganized, but those changes can be made quite seemlessly in the middle of the game without any stoppage.

These teams know what set pieces to use in specific situations.

These guys can remember things. They aren't dumb as hair like other athletes.

Asking a question isn't trolling, but calling someone a "grass fairy" is pretty close to it.

Yeah, they also don't need someone to draw up every play for them.

Thanks for the great explanation. So they have plays already set up for certain situations? That was kinda my question you could always use a timeout. Understand a little bit better
