How much longer will it go on? His songs always have the tongue in cheek humor and the same sounding guitar riffs.

He used to be so much better.

I kinda liked him about 7 or 8 years ago. His songs were catchy and pretty clever. But like you said, it's the same thing over and over. Some little wordplay, the same old sounding song, it never ends.

I will say, at LEAST his music has some thought/talent behind it. Unlike most of the other garbage that gets churned out today that is just a formula where you throw darts at a wall and pick between a stereotype involing jeans, beer, trucks, dirt roads, moonlight, etc.

I still really like Brad Paisley, but he's definitely not as good as he used to be.

He has an open string technique that gives him that fast playing sound, but it is musically incorrect. Sounds cool, but it really is a smoke and mirror deal.

Wrong. He's definitely a legitimate guitar player. I'm just sick of the same sounding riffs. He's way better than what he puts out on records.

My dad is a very good guitar player. I will listen when he says BP is a good guitar player.

And I like it so

There's a reason the guy is known as "Eddie Van Halen on cornbread".

No smoke and mirrors, the dude can flat out play a fricking guitar.

Most country artists are pretty much campfire acoustic players, if that. Any real players are welcome to me & Brad's great at what he does. Just wish he'd lose the Dr. Z amps & listen to some Knopfler - but since Paisley being Paisley is slaying a$$, that probably aint gonna happen.
