Can you blame them? It's no different than reality television and Tabloid media. People eat that shite up, and continue to tune in. As long as people pay money for crappy products, no effort and zero fricks will be given by the people putting the products out.

we all watched crap shite as kids, then as we grow up, we are biased in how we evaluate the shite as adults

just look at the saved by the bell bullshite or frick, even worse, boy meets world shite (i mean fricking adults are following a continuation/reboot of that piece of shite show)

Let's make a movie about: Aliens/robots/natural disaster/anything outlandish

Cast: male lead, hot chick, one trick secondary actors, acting skills not needed for any.

Add: Fights , explosions, arguments, bad guys, world threatening event

Story: anything generic, doesn't matter
