Border and Customs Insanity

So we have a federal government that will rigidly enforce laws such as not bringing a piece of fruit into the country yet they turn a blind eye and actually encourage wholesale lawless migration of millions who carry whooping cough, polio, MRSA, MMR, and a host of other deadly diseases that have largely been eradicated in the United States. Am I wrong?

was at a movie theater a few weeks mack in Midland TX and some fricking parent brought their child who had whooping cough to the movie.... California is having a whooping cough epidemic at the moment....
