There are games you can play as a sniper but I don't recall any sniper games.

First Modern Warfare game comes to mind. The sniper mission in Pripyat is on point.

The sniper only servers on the original Ghost Recon game was always very fun.

Arma 3 is a great sniper game if you have a machine that can render the distances for some real fun. It's fun to run a domination server and get pretty far out as a sniper.
