Did Ghana throw that last game?

I just watched the highlights, and I now understand what people were talking about. Basically, at this point, you better believe that FIFA wants the USA TV market still in this. USA is really their biggest zone in which to expand. Basically, the Ghana players just got paid in cash for their appearance and two of their better players were just sent home. I sort of wonder if FIFA didn't provide the money ( as there was quite a bit of speculation it wasn't there before it was sent) just to get them to go away, especially with all the rumors of match fixing involving Ghana making the WC.

I get it was an own goal and a goal keeping error that led to portugals goals. But it was a hell of an OG, no way it was intentional. And the goalie made 3 or 4 great saves on other shots that he could've just let in. Think it was just an error, and not the worst we've seen this tournament

Keeper easily could have let this go in and it looked like genuine emotion once he stopped it. That last goal definitely looked a little ridiculous, but I wouldn't say it was fixed unless there was overwhelming evidence.

That "punch" by the Ghana keeper that fell right at Ronaldo's feet did look a little match fix-y.

With that being said, I don't think it was fixed but that play looked off to me. Don't know why the keeper would slap the ball right in front of goal like that.

Lawd...I watched the replay. Ghana tried their asses off and had plenty of second half chances. They just didn't finish. Props to Portugal for playing hard the full 90, even when they knew late in the match that they weren't going to advance.

Have to admit that question crossed my mind as i watched the hi-lights (or perhaps "low-light" of that 2nd goal)

I remember in our 2002 R16 match against Mexico, Friedel did something like that and it landed straight to Blanco, but he kicked it right back at Friedel.
