Go through the legal process. It is an odd situation. Are they attached to her in any way? I've never had a live-in, but I was fond of my only housekeeper (as an adult) after two years (and only 2-3 times per week). She was from India though, and didn't have many legal rights in Bahrain.

I would put digshit in her bed. Along with bugs. Put a spotlight in her room and play a stereo any time she was asleep. I would open the window and padlock her door so she would have to enter thru the window. I would have her car towed. I would invite a homeless man to share her room, I mean my room she is sleeping in.

Remove all food, change the locks, move the family out to a hotel for the week, wait till she's starved out and leaves the house, keep her locked out, and throw all of her shite out on the street. Problem solved.

She has been there since March 4th. She worked 2 weeks and said frick it. I would take the door off the hinge, the window out, and shut the vent off.

I'm a single dude. I can't cook for shite (so kitchen is of no use) and generally occupied two rooms in the house--the living room and master suite. I eventually took over the maid's quarters when it became clear that she couldn't do my laundry to my satisfaction.
If you think I'm bullshitting, ask anyone else if they've ever been stationed in the ME (specifically KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, or Jordan).
The assignment still sucked.

Well, it looks like they didn't check out this person very well before hiring her to watch their kids and live in their house, so I think they're kind of lucky she hasn't done worse. Was there no employment contract or anything done beforehand?
