When do qualifiers start?
Its in France right?
I heard talk a while ago about the Euros moving to 32 teams from the current 16. Also heard talk that they would no longer be locked into 1 or 2 host countries but instead played all over Europe.
Any of that true.

In France.
Qualifiers start September of 2014 and run til November of 2015.
No idea about the last part.

Yes in the future there will be no host country, they will be played all over Europe.

24 teams in '16 - France.

It will be 24 teams from this point forward, I believe. Definitely for 2016.
2020 is going to be the one that is played all over the continent. It is supposed to be a one time thing to commemorate the 60th anniversary.

Just an fyi, top two from each group automatically qualify along with the best third place team. Rest of the third place teams go to playoff.
