Here's a broad to-do list for Dell. Patience is almost out.

1. Get a REAL center. Ajinca is ok as a backup to start the season.
1A. Get a legitimate SF. Aminu/Babbitt are not legitimate.
2. DO NOT trade away Pierre Jackson.
3. Play Tyreke and Ryno roughly 35 mpg.
4. Hold Monty accountable. No more excuses, no more sympathy.
5. Do whatever is necessary to keep AD happy and healthy.

Obviously EG is hindering our franchise's success, but that is no excuse for opening the season with glaring holes at 3 and 5 last year. The time is now! Find a way to be competitive, or we'll be rebuilding again very soon.

How do you expect to do the first two and not trade one of our more valuable chips?

It's a broad list. Obviously all are not possible, do as much as you can is all.

I have a feeling that 0 of the 5 will happen. If so, I'm over Dell.

We are blessed with the future of the NBA on our roster.

History has shown what happens when you fail to satisfy the needs of a young superstar.
A project at center and garbage SF isn't realistically giving us a chance at a run.

We don't need Jrue, Tyreke, or Ryno as badly as we need 3 and 5

And if we still had Lopez, Vasquez and say Rudy Gay instead of Holiday and Tyreke people would be saying "Demps needs to upgrade the PG and SG positions, my patience is almost out!"

Because he is a VERY good scorer off the bench. He's electric, will bring energy, will be a fan favorite wherever he plays. He'll be a cheap contract also.

He hasn't even played in the NBA yet.

Guard is by far the easiest position to fill. Everybody has them. The teams that lack frontcourts are the lottery teams. Not a coincidence in this NBA

Neither have any draft prospects, so why does everyone want them??

But the point is you still would be wanting upgrades now rather than wanting to wait for MCW and whoever we would draft at 8 this year to grow up. You're not saying you're impatient for improvement, you're saying "I'm done unless you work a miracle"

What bench? He hasn't played a minute of NBA ball in his life.

I have been very patient with Dell. Never questioned his work publically until now. Fact is, we are where we are because of decisions he made, if those decisions don't end well, he is accountable in my book.
Last season was a strange one, which is why I've been patient. However? If we miss or bust in 1dt round with Anthony fricking Davis on our roster, then yes, I'm asking for a major change (what you called a miracle).

And go somewhere else with that dumb shite about what bench, wasting people's time
