On the dan patrick show this morning, he asked Wynalda what would happen if we don't get out of the group and he said jurgen gets canned. Does anyone believe that will happen?

I can't see this happening at all. I think jurgen has done a great job getting the team ready and pulling all the right strings during the game. Although Wynalda is a clown so I shouldn't be surprised.

Has Wynalda watched the US its last four matches? Arguably one of the best stretches of offensive performance in the team'a history. And that includes a dismal offensive showcase against Ghana.

And this clown wants to fire Jurgen?

Contracts don't mean shite in sports if you don't perform. But jurgy is doing a fantastic job, and will be with the team in some capacity for a long time.

Let's just say this:

If going into the WC, I told you the US would beat Ghana and tie Portugal, 95% of the people on this board would be kissing the ground in thanks. If I told you this same team would have been 30 seconds from beating Portugal too, no one would believe it possible.

Even if we get steamrolled 5-0 tomorrow, I have nothing but faith in the future of US soccer

Does anyone take him seriously anymore? He was a tool when FoxSoccer was still around, and now I thought he just rode off in the sun set, but disappointed he's still around.

he can come off harndlined and brash when he's using a very unlikely 'what if' scenario. I wonder if his tune would be the same if we had 2 points going into he germany game.

Wasn't his contract extended thru 2018?

I love it when people just make shite up so others will talk about them.

After the Donovan fiasco a lot of people like me went from, "your job is secure no matter what", to "if you don't get a result (draw, or win) then your done". He has surpassed that, and there is no way he looses his job.

Not at all. I think it's obvious that we have played well and done very good things stylistically and technically. Even if we don't make it out, Klinsy has done good work with this team.
