McDaniel to force a legal battle. May have a case.

In Ms, you can not vote in a DEM primary and then vote in the run off of the other party. In fact, IF you are a dem, and you vote in the Rep primary, you have to support your primary vote.
For a fact a robo call targeted African Americans mainly in Hinds county. That call stated “The time has come to take a stand and say NO to the Tea Party, NO to their obstruction. NO to their disrespectful treatment of the first African-American president," Hinds county leans roughly 75% towards the Dem party. Cochran only got 10K votes there on June 3rd. Today... over 17K.
Rickey Cole, the chairman of the Mississippi Democratic Party, says Cochran’s allies are paying Democratic operatives to help get out the vote with a questionable tactic.
“Pete Pery” – the chairman of the Hinds County Republican Party – “is paying James ‘Scooby Doo’ Warren thousands of dollars to funnel to black preachers and others to get-out-the-vote for Cochran,” Cole wrote in a Facebook message sent to a top aide of state Sen. Chris McDaniel’s campaign, Ric McCluskey, just after midnight Tuesday.
By 10 AM, the state office had 136 precincts call in over voter crossover.
The Clarion Ledger has interviews with dem voters saying they voted in the dem primary and today.

This Breitbart article gives the impression that McDaniels isn't totally off base here. I have a few Cochran people on my facebook and they seem to hate this guy, but also seem completely unaware of potential voting improprieties. I don't know how much validity there is to them but it certainly seems reasonable to me to look into them given the tightness of this race and some of the stories being kicked around.
I've also read a few other articles across the web on this race and the comments from liberals exuberant about the outcome and outright venomous toward the Tea Party leaves me feeling very uncomfortable about this result. I guess politics can sometimes make strange bedfellows but I don't like hearing the left cheering about a Republican losing a primary and mentioning his faction's unwillingness to work with Barack Obama as an example of their disdain for him. What does that say for Cochran?

This makes so much sense I had to read it a dozen times to comprehend.
I have zero hope for America if this is indeed the case. The last six years have done nothing to the bumbling idiots that vote in this country.

Politico, The Hill, Clarion Ledger....etc.. Alot are reporting it.
I listened to his speech, he did not concede and pretty much stated they were going to go after what they felt to be voter fraud.

I'm no fan of either candidate here, but it seems some shady stuff went down. Some Humans just can't control themselves when power & money is to be had or lost. I'm concerned more with the populace these days though. These politicians can only get away with what we allow them to get away with. People just aren't capable of making important decisions(voting) correctly when their not truely informed. Or they're to loyal to either party while blind to wrong doings.

The Rep and Dem party should have to pay for their own primary, not the taxpayer. The independents should not have to help pay for the primaries. The parties can select their candidate in a party caucus or however they choose.

The Tea Party ain't racist, but they sure do have a problem with so many blacks voting in this primary.
