I think it was a stone, like a toilet bowl lid. Either way the hog shook it off like it wasn't nothing.

That was pretty good.
No way I'm going to try to stalk a pig out in the open with a bow.
I've never had them charge me but I had them stand their ground a few times on me while I had a bow (arrows in quiver and no release on). I decided to go the other way.

Catching a hog. I have done that tree dance with them before. Usually with a dog to help catch them though.
