Anybody familiar with the place? They have a Mardi Grass flag and Saints stuff on the outside ... locals in Little 5 Points swear by it ... but the website looks suspect ... I ain't going in there if all its gonna do is piss me off ...

Its a good drinking spot. They have a nice Bloody Mary build your own bar setup on Sundays. The food is above average, but nothing exceptional.

Haven't been there.
But Adeles in Roswell makes a solid shrimp poboy as well as other dishes. The owner was a cook at Commanders

There is also a place in Douglasville, Ga called Gumbeauxs that's is legit. Everything I've had there is great.
I believe the owners are from Baton Rouge

I got live crawfish twice from a place in Duluth called Boudreauxs. I paid 3.39 a pound in May. They were some of the prettiest crawfish I've ever seen and there was only one dead in the whole sack

Best place for cajun food in ATL metro is Henry's in Acworth hands down. Awesome place and Henry spent a lot of time in Lafayette and Nola kitchens. A reservation is a must.

Front Page News has a pretty good atmosphere but if you are going there for legit Cajun food you are going to be disappointed. There is also one in Midtown, both have really nice patios.

Yep, better drinking spot than a place to get your cajun/creole food fix. I wouldn't say the food is terrible, but it's not like back in LA. If I'm eating there, I typically order something other than a Louisiana dish.
